Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PropertyZoned.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.
PropertyZoned.com is operated by PropertyZoned, an independent, third-party information platform. We are not a government agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any city, county, state, or federal government entity.
Use of Service
PropertyZoned provides zoning, permit, and land use information for general informational purposes only. The information is intended to help users understand the general zoning landscape in specific cities — it is not legal advice, regulatory guidance, or a substitute for consulting your local planning department or a licensed land use attorney.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal and professional research purposes. This license does not include:
- Any resale or redistribution of the Site’s content as a competing data product
- Any bulk downloading, scraping, or systematic copying of site content
- Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools
- Systematic retrieval of data to create or compile any collection, compilation, database, or directory
Accuracy Disclaimer
Important: Zoning codes and land use regulations change frequently. While PropertyZoned strives to maintain accurate, up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that any information on this Site reflects the current state of any local ordinance or regulation. Always verify current regulations with your local planning and building department before making any property decisions or submitting permit applications.
PropertyZoned.com provides information at the city level. City-level zoning rules do not necessarily reflect the regulations that apply to your specific parcel, which may be affected by:
- Specific zoning district designations (the zone your property is in may have different rules than the city default)
- Overlay zones (flood plains, historic districts, design review areas)
- Homeowner Association (HOA) rules that impose additional restrictions
- Prior variances, conditional use permits, or development agreements on the parcel
- State law preemption that may expand or restrict local rules
