SF zones near frequent transit routes may qualify for waiver. Multi-family: No minimum parking required in LR, MR, HR zones per Seattle's comprehensive parking reform (SMC 23.54.015). Seattle eliminated parking minimums for multifamily housing in most of the city in 2019 as part of its ADU and urban villages reforms.
